Pod Systems & Mod Kits
Uwell, Vaporesso, SMOK, Voopoo, GeekvapeRechargeable open-pod systems and box mods include an internal chipset warranty against manufacturer defects for 14 days from delivery.
- Eligible: Chipset failure, failure to charge through USB-C port, defective OLED display, or firing switch failure.
- Eligible: Factory-sealed unopened kit returned within 7 days in original mint condition.
- Not Eligible: Accidental drop damage, cracked chassis/glass, e-liquid submersion into internal motherboard.
- Not Eligible: Units with missing original retail boxes (box contains serial & warranty QR verification code).
E-Liquids & Nic Salts
30ml Salt Nic, 60ml / 100ml Freebase JuicesIn accordance with UAE Ministry of Health, ESMA, and international sanitary standards, ingestible liquids are strictly regulated.
- Eligible: 100% unopened bottles with unbroken tamper-evident neck seals and shrink wraps within 7 days.

Coils & Empty Pods
Pre-built Coils, Replacement Cartridges, PodsCoils and pods are consumable components that vaporize liquid directly. Once primed or wet with juice, they are deemed used.
- Eligible: Packs with intact, untampered aluminum blister seals returned within 7 days.
- Eligible: If our team accidentally packed the wrong resistance (ohm) version compared to your invoice.
- Not Eligible: Coils that have been saturated with e-liquid or removed from blister packaging.
- Not Eligible: Prematurely burnt coils caused by vaping at excessive wattage or failing to prime the cotton.
Important Notice: Non-Returnable Items Under UAE Health Standards
For the safety and hygiene of our community, e-liquids with broken seal caps, disposable vapes with removed mouthpiece silicone plugs (outside the initial 24h DOA warranty), and unsealed cotton/coils cannot be restocked or returned under any circumstances.
Please always inspect your outer order packaging upon delivery before breaking the factory seals.
